Day by Day information:

Monday 11/25, 9am-1pm, Inside Shooting:

1st Hour > 

Foundation ; everything starts with clean mechanics 

Fine tune, or learn, techniques for passing/shooting & stick protection. Eliminate unnecessary movement, learn to control your release point, break bad habits. Techniques for new & experienced players.   

 

2nd Hour > 

Inside Shooting; Inside shooting techniques  

Simplify your motion for maximum accuracy. Condense your technique to retain possession in crowded areas. How to fake, finish, and freeze the goalie. 

 

3rd Hour >

Inside Shooting Applied; score every time inside 5 yards!

How to properly read your defender to know

when and where to perform inside rolls, rocker & question mark dodges. Learn the tools needed to score every time you get your defender above GLE. 

 

4th Hour > 

Inside Shooting, complete player; the set-up!

Dodging combinations (rolls, dips, swims, face, split, finalizer) to gain steps and take advantage of your defenders strengths. Preregistration required.

Tuesday 11/26, 9am-1pm, Mid-Range Shooting:

1st Hour > 

Time & Room Shooting; mechanics of accuracy

Fine tune, or learn, techniques for shooting accuracy. Eliminate unnecessary movement, learn to control your release point, break bad habits. Techniques for new & experienced players. 

 

2nd Hour > 

Time & Room Shooting; mechanics of velocity

Gain energy from your hands, feet, hips, shoulders and core in unison. When done correctly time and room shooting should be an act of controlled violence! Proven results, radar gun recorded. Eliminate unnecessary movement, learn to control your release point, break bad habits. Techniques for new & experienced players. 

 

3rd Hour > 

Time & Room Shooting; the set-up

Learn to set your body up off the dodge/pass for a quick release to maintain accuracy & velocity. Gain confidence with improved timing. Eliminate unnecessary movement, break bad habits. Techniques for new & experienced players. 

 

 

4th Hour > 

Time & Room Shooting Applied; muscle memory!

The culmination of clinics 1 - 3, build muscle memory, recognize when/how to speed up/slow down portions of your stroke to compensate for real on the field scenarios. Techniques for new & experienced players.

Wednesday 11/27, 9am-1pm, Shooting on the Run:

1st Hour > 

Shooting on the run, Step 1; 

velocity & accuracy on the dead run!

How to time your steps with your hips, abs, lower back, upper back, shoulders, arms & hands. This is the highest skill in the game! Preregistration required.  

 

 

2nd Hour > 

Shooting on the run, Step 2; 

velocity & accuracy on the dead run!

Explore additional techniques, build muscle memory. How to time your steps with your hips, abs, lower back, upper back, shoulders, arms & hands. Preregistration required.  

 

3rd Hour > 

Shooting on the run, Step 3; down the alley

Additional techniques to free your hands and coil your core to shoot on the run while completely covered. How to time your steps with your hips, abs, lower back, upper back, shoulders, arms & hands. 

 

4th Hour > 

Shooting on the run applied; complete player!

Game like techniques applied; off the dodge, limited space/time. How to speed up/slow down different parts of your stroke to exploit whatever opening is available. Preregistration required.
