Day by Day information:
Day 1: finishing inside
session 1 > mechanics review from feet to hands
- from forehand, backhand, BTB to twister, round the
world & dip-n-dunk
session 2 & 3 > X to goal line extended
- from low angle shooting, run outs, dives & backhands to handling tight defensive pressure
session 4 > the island

Day 2: shot command / accuracy from range
session 1 > review & master your 3/4 release
- step downs & on the run
session 2 > review & master your sidearm release
- step downs & on the run
session 3 > review & master your underhand release
- step downs & on the run
session 4 > shot command; matching location from variety of release points & ranges
